Tool manufacturing

With our own construction and a modern department for the manufacture of tools and fixtures, lead times from order to start of production are significantly reduced. Other advantages are that by having “know how” within the walls of the product to be manufactured, you have control over the entire process and can focus on the details that are important.

Own tool department

With its own tool department, Holsby Metall produces all tools for its own production. In addition, contract manufacturing of tools for other industries is carried out.

We have broad knowledge and would like to be involved early in the customer’s project and come up with proposals for product solutions that provide a cost-effective manufacturing method and low tool costs. Own tool manufacturing means shorter lead times from order to finished product.

Tool manufacturing takes place primarily through machining of the material using CNC-controlled milling machines and lathes. Here, Holsby Metall has a close collaboration with the software supplier Fructus Data, which sells the program GibbsCAM for 3D processing.
