As a project manager at Holsby Metall, you lead projects from start to finish. You will be able to work independently with a lot of personal responsibility and opportunities to influence your work situation. About the position
As a project manager/Sales technician, you work in a leading role together with the others in the organization. The work is based on legal, economic and technical perspectives.
The role involves responsibility for:
Lead and organize projects in both the planning phase and the implementation phase
Ensure project progress based on time, cost and quality
Represent Holsby Metall as a Sales Technician to customers and be part of the sales team where we develop products together with customers where negotiation and contact making are important parts.
Working according to tools such as APQP, PPAP, Control Plan and FMEA is part of the work.
We believe in responsible and strong leadership, good communication and clear structures. You prioritize and delegate to other employees within the project and report regularly to management and production
We are looking for you who have:
Great technical interest
At least five years of experience in a Technical position and/or leading role within the engineering industry
Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written English
It is advantageous if you are technically interested with experience in workshop production. You work, among other things, in a CAD environment, which is why we see it as meritorious that you master this
You are a person who is driven by a desire to work goal-oriented and achieve results. You see opportunities and adapt to changing requirements and new conditions. You are creative and innovative, which for us means that you solve challenges through continuous monitoring of the environment and with the help of the team.
